Air Conditioning:The office tower is supplied with cooling by two 650-ton McQuay single compressor water cooled chillers.
Heating:A 850-ton plate exchanger provides cooling during the winter months. This equipment is linked to three 800-ton cooling towers, located on the 31st floor.
HVAC hours:7:00 am - 6:00 pm. Hours can be extended at an additional cost to the tenant.
Emergency Power:A 750 kW Caterpillar 12 cylinder diesel generator provides emergency power to the Property.
Lighting:Office lighting is provided by means of two-lamp, 347 volt, 20" x 60" fixtures fitted with modular wiring to provide easy relocation.
Security:24-hour security personnel on site. Computerized electronic card access control system. Closed circuit video surveillance system.
Sprinklers:Property fully sprinklered to meet code requirements.
Fire Detectors:Heat and smoke devices meet safety requirements.
